1. Acceptance

By creating an account on sen-ai.fr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by the entity listed on our Legal Notice page.

2. The Service

sen-ai.fr is a SaaS platform that helps you understand how generative AI models (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) reference your brand or domain. You enter a target domain, the platform pulls SEO data, generates personas and questions, queries one or more LLM providers on your behalf, and presents the results in dashboards and reports.

3. Account registration

You must be at least 16 years old.
You must provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One natural person should not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or rate-limiting.

4. Credits and billing

The Service operates on a one-time credit pack model. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal. Credits are purchased in packs via Stripe.

Scan credits are consumed when you launch an AI scan (1 credit per question). Credits are debited at launch.
Content credits are consumed when you generate content artifacts (FAQ snippets, articles).
New accounts receive a one-time bonus of 50 free scan credits to try the Service.
Refunds: if a scan fails (e.g. our worker crashes mid-execution), the credits debited are automatically refunded. Credits are not refundable once the scan has successfully completed and delivered results.
Expiration: credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Pricing: the credit pack catalog and prices are listed on the Pricing page. We may change prices for future purchases; previously-purchased credits retain their value.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Submit content designed to extract personal data, harass, or defame.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits or credit gates.
Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without our written consent.
Submit prompts intended to produce illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content from the LLM providers we relay to.
Use the Service in a way that disrupts or degrades it for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

The Service relays your queries to third-party LLM providers and presents their responses. These responses are statistical outputs from machine learning models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or hallucinated. They are NOT legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service software, design, and brand identity are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data you submit (target domains, brand information, custom personas) and of any content artifacts generated for your account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your settings or via DELETE /api/auth/me. Termination wipes your account, your solely-owned workspaces, and all the data they contain. Some billing records are retained for legal compliance (see Privacy Policy §6).

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for extended inactivity. Where reasonably possible we will notify you in advance.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (LLM providers, Stripe, HaloScan), and unforeseen incidents can cause downtime. There is no SLA on the free or pay-as-you-go tiers.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of France. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
