Agency questions

Can I white-label the dashboard?
The standard product is sen-ai.fr branded. White-label and custom-domain options are part of the Custom plan - get in touch with the kind of branding control you need.
What about reseller margins?
Standard volume packs already give you 25-38% off the per-credit retail. You set your own reseller price to your clients. Most agencies in our pipeline bundle the tracking into a retainer rather than re-billing credits one by one.
Can my client log in directly?
Yes. Invite them as a viewer on their own workspace. They see only their data, never other clients. You retain billing and admin control at the org level.
How does the EU AI Act apply to my clients?
We are a limited-risk AI deployer under Article 50 of the EU AI Act (applicable 2 Aug 2026). Transparency obligations apply ; no conformity assessment. Each scan ships a PDF-ready transparency report and the org dashboard includes a pre-filled DPIA template you can adapt for your client. See /methodology.
Where is data hosted?
Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany (EU). AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) operate under EU-US Data Privacy Framework + SCC ; Gemini is EU-hosted via Google Ireland. Full sub-processor list on the in-app compliance hub.
